How Does THRIVE Work
In a zoom class of no more than 5 people we will meet weekly for 8 weeks through live video using Zoom that will be recorded and confidential. Each lesson will consist of a meditation practice, journaling exercises, education and in-depth discussion with your fellow Believers community as we implement the 3 pillars of your health with multiple sclerosis(MS)

Awareness of current habits, Understanding self sabotage, Identify the actions and habits necessary to obtain what you choose, What are the blocks either with self or others

Meditation - ho'oponopono
Reinforcing Your Belief and Intentions, Creating Loving Healthy Boundaries, Being aware of your intuition and Inspired actions
